These Terms of Service govern your use of the 9/11 Memorial store operated by Admins@Work ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By checking out you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel an order at our discretion.
• Charges are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

Product

The "25 Years of Remembrance" Collector's Edition Poster is a printed memorial artwork. Color, paper texture, and trim may vary slightly from on-screen previews. Optional frames are fulfilled separately through Amazon and are subject to Amazon's terms.

Intellectual property

Artwork, photography, and site content are the property of their respective creators, including Jonathan C. Hyman and Joe Indart, and are licensed for personal display only. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork without written permission.

Donations

Optional donations collected at checkout are forwarded to 9/11 memorial and first-responder charities. Donations are not tax-deductible to the purchaser unless explicitly stated and accompanied by a receipt from the receiving charity.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
